These terms and conditions govern your use of belgianfootballstore.com and any purchases made through this website. The website is operated by Adidas Belgium Football Store LTD ("we", "us", "our").

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

All products are official adidas licensed merchandise. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

• Update prices at any time without prior notice
• Correct pricing errors — if we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel
• Limit quantities per customer
• Discontinue any product without notice

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual colour of the products.

A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent orders
• Orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers

Products with personalisation (name/number printing) are custom-made to your specifications. Please double-check all personalisation details before confirming your order as:

• Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrectly personalised by us
• We are not responsible for spelling errors made by the customer during the ordering process
• Personalised orders may take additional processing time

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna, American Express.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment card details. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

For Klarna pay-later options, Klarna's own terms and conditions apply in addition to these terms.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery details. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to postal service disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

• Personalised products (custom name/number printed items) as these are goods made to your specifications
• Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Products returned without original tags and packaging

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email before the 14-day period expires. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for the full procedure.

In accordance with EU law, all products come with a minimum 2-year legal guarantee. If a product is found to be defective or not as described within this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or, where neither is possible, a price reduction or refund. This guarantee is in addition to your right of withdrawal.

For defects that appear within the first year after delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Adidas Belgium Football Store LTD or its licensors (including adidas). You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.

If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. The courts of Belgium shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
