RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Under EU law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

To start a return:

• Email us at support@belgianfootballstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and reason for return
• We will send you return instructions and a return authorisation

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return authorisation

The following items CANNOT be returned:

• Personalised products (jerseys with custom name/number printing) — these are made to your specifications and are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Items returned after the 14-day period

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)

If you receive a defective or incorrectly personalised item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue
• We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion
• This does not affect your 2-year legal guarantee rights

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
• If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product, we reserve the right to deduct a proportional amount from the refund

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

All products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee under EU law. If a product is defective or not as described:

• Within the first year: the defect is presumed to have existed at delivery
• Within years 1-2: you may need to demonstrate the defect existed at delivery
• Contact us and we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund
